School Supplies

Here are list of supplies that you will need for my class.

1. 3 inch binder
2. binder dividers, (Notes, HW, Worksheets, Quizzez, Tests)
3. Highlighter
4. Pencil
5. Pen
6. Basic Calculator.
7. Looseleaf paper
8. Colored pencils (for lab)
9. Graph Paper
10. Three hole punch.

Your binder in our class, will only contain material from our class. So please do not mix your Earth Science with your other subject.

You will also need to bring your binder everyday to class, along with a pen or pencil, calculator, and your Earth Science Reference Table. You need these materials everyday, so don't forget them.

Please get all your supplies as soon as possible.

Your first notebook check is a the last day of the month.

Regents Review Sheet #1

1. Gradient = change in field value/distance

Point G = 200ft
Point H =100 ft

Gradient = 200 ft -100ft/ 2 miles

Gradient = 100 ft/2 miles

Gradient = 50 ft/mile


2. Contour lines always bend toward the source of a river. As contour lines come in contact with a river they bend in a V shape.
